I have xp pro and powerpoint won't work and I can't find the file

Default I have xp pro and powerpoint won't work and I can't find the file

E-mail attachment that want me to pick a program to open them or go to the
web for help end up wanting powerpoint to open the file. I can't seem to
locate it to find whats wrong with it.

Do you have PowerPoint installed on your machine?

For what it's worth, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional. You'd probably be
better off posting to a newsgroup related to PowerPoint, or to whatever
e-mail client you're using.

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for the database
software Microsoft Access. I'd suggest reposting the question - with
some more detail on the nature of the attachment and the EMail program
you're using - in either a PowerPoint newsgroup or one for the EMail
software you're using.
