Default vCards not recognized

I am using Outlook 200 at home and at work. At times, I
recive a vCard that I want to add into my address book on
both systems. Yesterday, my secreatry forwarded several
vCards to me in another message. I received them on my
office PC without a problem. When I forwarded them home
they did not arrive as vCards but rather a difference
messages without any formating. If my secretary sends the
same email and contacts to my office and home email
address, I receive the vCards at me office PC fine but not
at home.

This was working fine at both PCs about a month ago and
now seems to have suddenly changed. I am unaware of any
changes to my PC at home.

Does anyone have any idea what may have changed or why I
can't get the vCards at home any more?

Thanks.

David

The easiest solution would be for your secretary to use the Actions |
Forward as vCard ccommand to send you the items.

Sue:

Thanks for the response. Because there are multiple
contacts attached to the email I don't believe that option
is available off the menu.

In that case, you will need to traing the secretary how to make sure the
message is in rich-text format and how to check the recipient address to
make sure that it is set to receive RTF.
