How can I sort by last name for name tags? I only have one option under
"Using" and that is paragraphs.

The easiest way is to put the last name into a separate column, or to
separate the first and last name by commas. So, if you have:
Mickey Mouse
Donald Duck
(no middle initials) You should be able to find/replace spaces with commas,
sort the data by the last name, and then find commas and replace with
spaces. I'm just guessing, tho, since you didn't tell us what your data
looks like.

Why would you replace the spaces with commas? You can sort on Word 2 without
that.
