Two Contact Lists
Hi Bill,
Bill Godwin wrote: I am using Outlook 2000. I have two contact list in Outlook. One is empty. The other contains all of my contacts. How do I delete the empty contact folder? what do you mean with "contains of contacts"? Do you have an additional contact folder in the folderlist of Outlook or do you have an additional contact list if you click on the "To" field? The additional contact folder you can delete with: select the contact folder/right mouseclick/delete this folder. This works only if it is not the standard contact folder. The additional folder in the "To" field: Tools/Addressbook/Tools/Optiones here must be 2 contact folders in this list. One you can delet, but be sure that you take the correct one :-). -- Oliver Vukovics Public OutLook: Outlook Groupware without Exchange Public SyncTool: Outlook PST Synchronization www.outlookstore.com |
