Default Access 2003 Will not start after upgrade

I have upgraded to Office 2003 Pro Enterprise edition on my computer and now
am unable to open Access. All other associated programs open up just fine
but when I click to open Access 2003, I get a window stating "Please wait
while windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003". It
runs through its paces but then immediately shuts down.

I should also say that I have a program that uses the Access XP Runtime
installed on my computer and it was installed prior to the upgrade to 2003.
I'm wondering if this has anything to do with this or if there is a registry
setting or something that needs to be tweaked.

This is being installed from an administrative installation point on our
2003 server and has had Service Pack 2 applied to the Administartive install
point.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mike
