Set it that way.
It would be way for us to tell you how if we knew your Outlook version. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Laura 0106" Laura wrote in message ... How can I get the Address Book to display names in Last, First format as my Contacts are displayed? |

Outlook 2002 or 2003. There is no setting that I can find for how the
Address Book displays, only the Contacts. This is especially annoying when I am writing a new message and click the TO button and the address book pops up and displays alphabetically using the first names of the Contacts.
