My dad wants to change from Verizon's email to Microsoft Outlook but doesn't
want to lose all his contacts. Is there a way to import his email from Verizon to Outlook? Thanks!!! -- Thanks for your time! |

Address book importing
I don't see one; I poked around on their online help & couldn't get pointed
in the right direction. Verizon is the ISP but he has MSN. I'm just not sure where to go next. I see there are some threads on this board about importing files separated by csr.... Do you think that's the right way to go? I know he's hoping not to have to recreate his address book as it's large & would take a lot of time to retype manually. Appreciate your efforts on our behalf. -- Thanks for your time! Ok - if he is using MSN - is he using the browser to do email? He can
install the Outlook connector and download the mail and contacts to Outlook. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
