My dad wants to change from Verizon's email to Microsoft Outlook but doesn't
want to lose all his contacts. Is there a way to import his email from
Verizon to Outlook? Thanks!!!

I don't see one; I poked around on their online help & couldn't get pointed
in the right direction. Verizon is the ISP but he has MSN. I'm just not sure
where to go next. I see there are some threads on this board about importing
files separated by csr.... Do you think that's the right way to go?

I know he's hoping not to have to recreate his address book as it's large &
would take a lot of time to retype manually.

Appreciate your efforts on our behalf.

Ok - if he is using MSN - is he using the browser to do email? He can
install the Outlook connector and download the mail and contacts to Outlook.
