Default protecting my database

I have a database on an intranet that has tables that are shared by 15
different users. I need to limit the users to acess only their tables without
disturbing the master data

?your design has a separate table for each user?

I'm having trouble visualizing the data structure you are using.

"How" to do something depends on "what" it looks like.
