Default search and update through form

I want to setup a form in MS Access 2003 where I can enter customer Id and it
will give me detail of the customer from customer table, and I should be able
to update data in the same form.
Any help will be appreciated.

Try using the combo box wizard to build a search combo box for you.

When you enter the customer id, the form will "move" and display that record
(at which point you can edit).
