Default Excel Hang - kernell32.dll accountable

Some times, tracker ( a program that uses excel to build tables) users saw
office application (excel and/ PowerPoint) frozen (hung) when they are using
results from tracker to build presentations (introducing tables more often).

In the Event viewer, entries exist for event ID1003: “Hanging application
excel.exe, version 11.0.8012.0, stamp 43e2ab74, hanging module kernel32.dll,
version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 411096b4, debug? 0, hang address 0x0001eb33”

thanks
