Default contacts (3 sets) to use in address book to email in 2003 outlook

I have THREE sets of Contacts that I want to be availble when I click on
address book icon to email someone. I have followed directions below, but it
will only allow me to have TWO of the THREE that I set up. For example I do
the procedure below and select Contatcts then do the same over again and
select Travel Contacts, then if I do the same and select Photo Contacts, it
gets rid of the Travel ones and substitutes the Photo ones! please assist. I
have outlook 2003----directions I follow are below.
Start Outlook.
On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Click View or change existing directories or address books, and then click
Next.
Click Outlook Address Book, and then click Remove.
Click Yes when you receive the prompt to confirm the removal.
Click Add.
Click Additional Address Books, and then click Next.
Click Outlook Address Book, and then click Next.
Click OK when you receive the message to restart Outlook.
Click Finish.
Click Exit on the File menu to quit Outlook.
Restart Outlook.
In the Folder list, right-click the folder that you want to use with the
Address Book (for example, right-click Contacts), and then click Properties.
Click the Outlook Address Book tab.
Click to select the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book check box (if
it is not already selected), and then click OK.

Try restarting Outlook after you remove the Outlook Address Book, then add it back in, then restart again. After that, set the property on each folder.

I am still confused, Could you do a step by step process for me by maybe
inserting the text of what you mean "into the text" that I first listed, so
that I can see a step by step how to do this? I have 3 sets of contacts,
Contacts, Travel, and Photo. Appreciate your time, this is driving me crazy
for 2 days!

now that you helped solve the last problem, I also wanted you to know I am
seeing TWO peronsal folders in the left pane, this is so confusing and it
won't let me delete one of them. I don't want to screw up what we just did,
or does one thing have nothing to do with the other? Outlook 2003 Thank you
in advance for your last quidk response.
