Default create a distribution list

The outlook 2003 help file method that indicates it is possible to create a
distribution list from a received email does not work. Either make it work
or change the help file to reduce confusion and wasted time trying to trouble
shoot by uses.

Why doesn't it work for you? What results are you seeing?
