Default add masters to file?

Howdy-

Is it possible to 'fix' a file that was created not using any specific template (Org Chart
for example) by adding masters to it or something? Shapes can be added to the file, but
the automatic linking for the shapes doesn't work & the 'Organization Chart' menu is
missing...

Is there any way around copying all the data & pasting it into a new & properly created file?

Thanks,
Brian

The shapes used for Organization Charts contain many custom properties
and other attributes that the Org Chart add-on looks for to make the
shapes work properly.

However, I've just tried something which may work for you. I apologise
for advertising my own software.

and do a shape substititue. I've just done a substitution of some
shapes for shapes from the Org Chart stencil and then dropped those
shapes on an Org Chart. Seems to work just fine. (When doing the
substitute you have to turn off copying all attributes except text).
