Missing Lines
Hello everyone,
We currently are experiencing a problem when certain users attempt to lay out a page for label creation. Normally, when one goes to Tools Envelopes and Labels and requests a new page, Word will display a page with empty gray boxes (which DO NOT print when the labels are printed) that the user can then fill in as they choose. This is generally done when the user has a half page of labels, and would like to print only to that half page. They simply fill in the boxes they would like to print to, and then perform a print operation. However, for some of our users these gray lboxes do not appear, making it difficult for them to insert text as they see fit. We have attempted both a repair and a complete uninstall/reinstall of the Office Suite to no avail. Additionally, a check of settings has not revealed anything that we could see that would allow us to restore these gray boxes to our user documents. We would greatly appreciate any insight anyone has to offer. I hope this forum is the correct one, there did not seem to be a better place to put it, as it is a sort of table. Thanks, bigJ |
