My MSOffice does not show sorting on the Table toolbar.
Is it not available on MS Office?

Do you mean Toolbar of Menu? If the latter, have you expanded the menu to
show all of the items? If the former, it's the A-Z and Z-A items on the
toolbar that is displayed when you select the "Tables and Borders" item from
the list of Toolbars that appear when you select Toolbars from the View
menu.
