Table of Contents Trouble in Word 2000
How do I rectify: "Error! No table of contents entries found"? I'm writing my
thesis and have tried to insert a Table of Contents at the beginning of the document. I've formatted and used the TOC 1,2 and 3 headings from the style menu throughout. |

The TOC styles are used in the Table of Contents itself. The Table of
Contents is built from the use of the Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, styles. It is those styles that you need to have used in the body of the document. You can use EditReplace to change the styles to the correct ones. -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
