Default Word Crashes when copying table

I am using Word 2002, Service Pack 3 on Windows XP
platform.

I have a table. In each table cell I have an imported
graphic and some text boxes (I am using this for name
badges). I created a single page of these name badges
and want to create another page and copy the table from
one page to the next. I insert a page break. I select
and copy the table. When I go to paste the table, Word
crashes every time.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Thanks,

Jeff

Jeff,

I have found that when Word crashes copying large amounts of data it is a
memory issue. There have been times I have had to turn off my computer and
start over after clearing all temporary files.

Regardless of why it crashes, there are easier ways of creating more name
badges than copy/paste. You can simply tab from the last cell in your table
and it should continue your table on to the next page with or without page
breaks. Your other option is to use the Tools menu to create a Mail Merge
doc. It is somewhat clunky but you can insert pictures into a labels doc.
Mail Merge is probably the easiest way to create name badges but since you
already have a table just keep tabbing away to your hearts content then copy
one picture and paste into the cells you want. Hope this helps.
