Default add detail page to a Gane-Sarson diagram

The methods suggested in the Visio help file appear to break the diagram,
rather than add a new detail (drilldown) page. "Right-click process and
select New Detail Page" rearranges all of the interfaces and processes
vertically; all data flows are disconnected from their targets. "Right-click
process icon in DFD Model Explorer and click New Sub-Process" adds a new
sub-process below the selected process; all data flows in the existing model
are now broken (they all turn red and the output window fills with errors).
