summing blank cells
Any ideas how to include blank cells in autosum without having to type a zero
in? I tried adding a "0", used autosum to get the correct total and then deleted the zeros before saving. But when I open the file it re-calculates. I couldn't find an option to have it not calculate when closing or opening. If you have any suggestions without having to enter the zero or using the full formula, let me know. Thanks. |

You can always change the font colour of your zeros to white. This stops them
printing / showing on screen, but leaves them available for the field to use.
