Default Survey Form And Tracking Results

Can a survey form be setup in Excel and track all the results? I have seen a
few examples but these only look like they can have a form but when hundreds
of respondents answer the survey I want to be able to track all results.

Thanks in advance for your help
Joe

I saw that but couldn't figure out how you would add all the results from
hundreds (and eventually thousands) of surveys. It looks like the form is
only on one worksheet. How can I make this a summary to calculate all the
responses?

THanks
Joe
