Default Where to get the licence to sign up to a Microsoft Exchange serve.

I would like to share Outlook contacts with another PC (there are only 2 on
the network). Please explain how I go about this including associated cost.
I currently have POP 3 email accounts only.

Many thanks

Use your favorite search engine to search for "hosted Exchange" providers. Cost would run $10-15 per month per account.
