Default help, how can I create a Marquee in MS Publisher 2003

I remember in MS Front Page you could create a flashing or scrolling marquee,
but can't find a tool in MS Publisher.

Any help will be appreciated.

Firstly, the marquee tag is not looked upon kindly in the world of the
web.

Secondly, Publisher is not the successor to FrontPage; the successor to
FrontPage is Microsoft Expression Web, which last time I checked was a
$99 upgrade from FrontPage.

You use the insert html code fragment feature to add javascript or perhaps
flash to a Pub web publication. Google for "javascript marquee" to find lots
of links to free code such as
http://javascriptkit.com/script/cutindex3.shtml.

If you have further web questions, please post in the webdesign group and we
will try to help you the
