Outlook express to Outlook 2003
My XP system has always used OE for email without issue. I now find that i
need to plug in my pda and so i need to convert everything to outlook 2003. I have followed every piece of advice that i can find but it still comes back with the message "The connection to the Microsoft Exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action". I am far from being as computer literate as thought i was and need the 'real idiots guide' to help me. All help will be gratefully received GlenM |

Presumably you dont have an Exchange connection, but pop mail or?
Use the Mail Applet in the control panel to remove the exchange connection and set up the right type of connection "GlenM" wrote in message ... Thank you for the response DL. Would you know what the right type of
connection would be. I really am at a loss for what to do and how to do it. GlenM "DL" wrote: Presumably you dont have an Exchange connection, but pop mail or? Ask your ISP or copy your account settings from your OE account.
