Default How to update contacts list

Is there a way that we can update our Contacts list without manually entering
all of the new information manually (i.e. new extension numbers, new job
titles, etc.)? I still have a lot of people in my contacts list that have
left our company or changed their position, but it has not been updated and
with so many changes being made, it is kinda of tedious to make all the
changes myself.

So, where and in what format does all the "new information" currently
reside? You have not posed an actual question here.

You have posed no question. If the new information is already in your
Contacts list, why do you need to add it?
