Default Toolbars in MS Access 2007

How do you add a custom toolbar to a form? I know how to create the toolbar,
but was unable to display it on my forms. I tried adding the name of the
toolbar 'Quick Access' to the Toolbar property of the form, but received this
error message:

Microsoft Office Access couldn't find the toolbar 'Quick Access'.

How do I find out the correct name for the toolbar. The toolbar property
does not appear when I right click on the toolbar. Any assistance that you
can provide will be greatly appreciated.
