can you post the form with sample data, make sure you zip the database. and
send it as an attachment.
PS. just one line of data in the table should be enough.
don't forget any query or macro or module that the form need.

I see your e-mail address is available, can I e-mail it to you?

BTW - I found that if I recreate the form and trash the original I can get
the darn thing to work, so it has to be something in the form.

Did you get it - I have found the only way to repair this is to create a new
form

Your e-mail address was strange - NOSPAM in two places - when I sent to that
address it came back - when I removed the NOSPAM it didn't come back so I
thought you got it - its in cyberspace I guess.

To correct the problem, I had to use the previous version of the Access
files and export all of the new information back to the back up copy to make
it the "corrected" copy. When I got done, I was able to make all forms and
reports work correctly. I'm convenienced that the Access file had a bug and
just couldn't be fixed. Thanks for letting me know you didn't get it, I
guess this will just be one of those mysteries of life.
