Coloring a Sender's Name in Outlook 2010
I'm wondering how to automatically color a sender's name in Outlook 2010. I
can assign it to a color category but that only displays when the sender's email is highlighted. If possible, I'd like the user's name to appear in red (for example) in my inbox list. Can anyone help? Thanks!! |

You can use Conditional Formatting for that;
View tab- button View Settings- button Conditional Formatting... It works the same as Automatic Formatting in previous versions of Outlook. For instructions see; http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/c...iladvanced.htm -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "ChelseaCat" wrote in message ... Thank you so much!! I had seen that link when I was searching but didn't
connect the View Settings button with Automatic Formatting. Chelsea |
