Can you enlarge (resize) the notes field in the "Presenter View"?
I would like to make the "Notes" field larger in the "Presenter View". That
is the main reason to have a presenter view to me is to be able to read my notes. Some of my slides have notes that run off the bottom of the screen. Thank you. |

These panes can be resized in PPT 2007's Presenter View, but not in that of
previous versions. -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2007? http://www.echosvoice.com/2007.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx "Stumped in TN" wrote in message ... Hi Stumped
As Echo says you can resize the notes view in 2007 but if you have a previous version I would suggest duplicating the slide, splitting the notes between the two and setting the second to have 'no transition'. This means you can change slides so you can see all your notes but the audience won't know.
