IMHO, the look of a website depends not so much on the program used, but on
the design abilities of the creator. That said, the general wisdom here seems
to be that Publisher is primarily a desktop publishing application which is
able to produce HTML code. If you need more than a simple, static website,
you should probably investigate other applications which are specifically for
website design.

1. Post full questions in the message box, rather than cramming them into
