Default Contacts disappear from distribution list

I'm using Outlook 2000 running on Windows 98SE, and I've
stuggled with this problem for years. I create a
distribution list, then at a later date, add a name to
the list. The next email I send to the distribution list
only goes to the one name I added. Yet if I look at the
distribution list in my Contacts folder, everyone is
there. I note that all the old names have (email)
appended to their name, while the new name doesn't. What
am I doing wrong??

Thanks in advance for any help

Dan

Try adding the new member to your Contacts Folder first. Then add it to the
DL. Then click "Update Now."
