Apply New Form to Existing Contacts
Apply new form to existing entries
We have about 900 contacts in out public contact list and we have created a new form that we would like to apply against those contacts. Can this be done? We are using Outlook 2000/2003. Exchange 2000 if that matters. Please help. I don't to have to reenter these contacts. We have added a couple new tabs to the default Contact Form, now we would like to apply this new template to all contacts. Thanks, Rick Cass |

Apply New Form to Existing Contacts
You need to change the MessageClass on the existing items to point to your
new form's class. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#convert for several tools and scripts to accomplish this. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "BytecafeInc." wrote in message ...
