Default Unique Records- query as duplicates - Access 2002

Hello All, When I query a table for duplicate records I get two records that are very similar but are not the same as duplicates. is there a way to fix this? these are the PartID's I query that are showing duplicates but as you can see they are not really duplicates.

As far as Access is concerned, these ARE duplicates. Access is case
insensitive.
