Have set up extra email account on user's Outlook and given permission to
send on behalf of. Sent messages read xxxx on behalf of xxxx. How do I set it
up that receiver only sees latter email address?

If you want the recipient to see only the latter address, you need to have
"Send as" permission instead of "Send on behalf of".

Thanks. I've set up the permission to 'send on behalf of' in Active
Directory. Will I find option to 'send as' in there as well?
