Close Outlook 2003 but OUTLOOK.EXE and WINWORD.EXE in processes
I have about a dozen systems that are WinXP SP2 Office 2K3 fully patched and
when you close outlook it looks like it closed but next time you open it it will not open. In task manager OUTLOOK.EXE and WINWORD.exe are present. OUTLOOK.EXE is maxing out CPU. What is the problem or the fix?

Fresh install and newly created outlook profile.
NAV 90 AAddin disabled Administartor account can open and close office properly but domain users can't
