Default How do you keep text from moving in a letterhead?

When making a letterhead template and you have the address located at the
bottom of the letterhead, How do you keep the address text from moving when
you copy and paste from another document to your letterhead?

Do you have the address in the Header of the template. That's were it
should be and the text that you are copying should most likely be pasted
into the body of the document.
