Unable to open .msg file
Hi,
We had a problem on the mail server and had to recover a series of .msg files. I can view these files in Notepad and see the text of the message. However, I would like to be able to view these files in Outlook. Whenever I try to open one of the files I get the following message: "Cannot open file C:\873873.msg. The file may not exists, you may not have permission to open it, or it may be open in another program. Right click the folder that contains the file and check your permisions on that folder." I have checked the permissions on the folder and ensured I have full access. Also, the folder is not read-only. Any thoughts? Thanks, Jerry |
