Can Access link to jpg's outside of access?
I have a air conditioner friend who has scanned all of his invoices into his
PC. They are in folders by town, then street address. He has about 4000 of these. He also has customer info in access. Is there a way I can look at the cust info and click on something in access to see the invoices scanned in a seperate folder? |

Yes, you can use a Hyperlink field in your table.
On the form, just click to view the scanned image. Right-click or use the Insert menu to insert the link. If hyperlinks are new, see: Introduction to Hyperlink fields at: http://members.iinet.net.au/~allenbrowne/casu-09.html -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP. Perth, Western Australia.
