Default Unable to open Outlook window. The server is not available.Folder.

When I try to open Office Outlook I get a prompt saying Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set of
folders could not be opened. The server is not available

It sounds like you are on an exchange server. Are you at work or home?

If at home, then it can't find your pst file. Create a new profile for
outlook
