Default can't send e-mail, it sends via someone else I not sending as a B.

I am trying to send an e-mail. It sends it via my sister-in-laws old email
address. It states that the message is not sent.
Help!!!!!!!!!

jan,
In Outlook2003 Under TOOLS E-Mail accounts View or Change E-Mail
accounts If your sister-in-laws account is still in the list Delete it.
Then click on an E-Mail acct from the List and make it your DEFAULT E-Mail
acct.
