Default How can I write on the inside of a card (tent fold)?

I made a birthday card - not invitation- from a tent fold using Windows
Publisher 98. I have decorated the cover, but would like to design the
inside too. Am I not supposed to design the inside? I need to know today.
Thank you for your help!

Do a

Insert
Add a page

When you print select print both sides if you have a duplex printer, if not
print page 1 of 1 then put the paper back in and print 2 of 2.

When you create a top fold card, Publisher automatically rotates everything on
page 2, this is the back of the card. When you insert a page, Publisher will ask
about two, click yes. Page 4 is the inside top, this too will be rotated
automatically. Anything you create on page four you will have to manually rotate
upside down.
