Changing attachment name in notes field

I still have not received a response to this. Anyone out there run into this?

In Outlook 2000, you could change the name of an
attachment on a contact in the notes field (under

2003, the original name of the file displays in the notes
field even though you can open properties and see the new
name. Also, if you right click a contact and view
