Default Outlook 2007: No Response Required

As a delegate I receive meeting requests for several executives. As of
yesterday afternoon, all new meeting requests that I receive come through as
"No Response Required" even though it is a new invite and a response has not
been sent.

Different senders? This is an option the sender can set but its doubtful
everyone would do it at once.
What version of Exchange? Do you have all the latest updates to outlook?

All different senders. We are running version 8.1.240.5. Not sure if we
have all the latest updates. Another assistant is also having the same
problem. She just noticed it this morning.
