Public Calendars/My Calendar
I'm not sure how to do what I want or if it's possible. On our Outlook
Network Public Folders I have 4 calendars for various items. Is there a way to make all those events show up automatically on My Calendar when items are added to it? And with regards to the Public Calendars, is there a way for me to be notified when someone adds to one of those calendars? |

Public Calendars/My Calendar
You can be notified - Right click on the folder and choose properties -
admin tab, folder assistant and set up a rule to forward to you (assuming you have the correct permissions to see the tab). You can then use move to folder (or rules) to add it to your calendar. If you don't have the right permissions and the admin won't set up a folder assistant rule, there are utilities that can sync the calendars - see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp for a list. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
