Default different diagrams on different pages

Hello all,

I just made a post about layers and this question is
related. Is there a way to have an org chart on one page
and a flowchart on another? My problem is that if I
create an org chart and add a page, my flowchart "acts"
like an org chart as far as connectors go. I've tried
creating a flowchart in another file and pasting it to a
second page in my org chart file, but all my flowlines
for by flowchart loose their arrows and become flat lines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated (yes, I have dig in
Visio's help file, but alas to no avail)

Thanks,
Jeff

Some solutions have special code that is always watching and expecting the
user to "behave according to the solution". This is more the case with the
OrgChart templates then, perhas normal flowcharts.

But we're not always talking "Homeland Security" here, so you should be able
to get away with a few things...

You should be able to tweak the layout settings per-page. And the flowchart
shapes are not OrgChart shapes, so the OrgChart helpers should ignore your
stuff.

Check out these menus:

Shape Layout Shapes

File Page Setup Layout and routing tab

Hope this helps,

Chris,

Thanks for the info. I tried the Shapes Layout Shapes
and chose flowchart in the connectors area, but my lines
still showed up as straight lines instead of arrows.

Thanks,
Jeff
