Duplicated Calendar, Contacts, and Junk Mail Folder

Hi, a user of mine on the weekend setup a vpn connection and tried to setup
his outlook 2003 to work with his account. The computer spent 2 hours trying
to sync/setup for offline/cached mode in outlook 2003 so he cancelled it.
Now at work through outlook 2003, or through OWA he has a duplicated calendar
but it's empty, as well as duplicated contacts and junk mail folder. It
seems like the duplicated empty calendar is the default calendar as his
outlook today is empty. He can't delete the empty calendar as well - there
is no option. How do I sort out this mess?
