Default Outlook Express vs. Outlook

I read your previous posts about importing/exporting from OE to Outlook.
Exporting from OE is not possible since I am on a new computer. I used PC
Mover to migrate everything to the new computer, and was able to successfully
import the address book, but not the folders or messages. How can I get
those to import to Outlook?
