Default Can I put spouses information in one contact card

I would like to use one contact card per couple, but there is only 1 birthday
field. Is there a way to add the spouses information without creating a new
form?

There is only 1 birthday field but you could use one of the 4 user defined
fields or type it in the notes field. You will need to make the calendar
event yourself.
