Default Help! Cannot Register MSRCLR40.DLL

I get the above message when installing Office 2003. I
can't get past it except to choose "Ignore".

I first installed last December and everything has worked
fine except Axxess 2003. Now I want to use Access 2003,
but I can't because soon after starting, I get an
error "Object Library not loaded". Help says to
reregister or reinstall, which always gives me the first
message.

I am running on Windows 2000, installing when logged in as
Administrator. We also have Visual Studio .NET 2003, Word
2000 and Office 97 (Access, Excel, Photo Ed & Publisher).
All versions work fine except Access 2003, although we
really haven't used Visual Studio .NET much yet.

Any help is appreciated.

Default

The dll is part of the 'jet' db engine
I know Access97 will coexist with Access2K, if installed into seperate
folders, I would assume the same for Access2003. Perhaps the correct version
of the dll isnt installed.
The component checker may help
