Default letters to contacts

In Outlook 03, I could choose to write a letter under the actions command
with a contact's window open. I cannot find a similar command in Outlook 07.
Is it available?

It is, but not in Outlook. In Office 2007 you do it from within Word.
Add the Address book icon to the QAT (Quick Action Toolbar) and that will
insert the address from an Outlook Contact into a new document.
