Add "continued" in large Word tables that cross pages?

Default Add "continued" in large Word tables that cross pages?

In Word, when a large talbe crosses pages how do I add the word "Continued"
at the end of the first page so the reader knows the table continues on the
next page?

Try putting a section break before and after the table, the put
the message in the footer?
